Lauren has been in the fashion wholesale industry for 25 years, beginning her journey with Ward & Ward at the young age of 17 and remained an active part of the business until at the age of 25 she partnered with Victoria Ward and slowly transitioned to be the sole owner.
She has a passion for fashion and can't wait to meet you at the next show!
Jenny Hayes Norat - Showroom Manager / COO
Jenny has been a part of the Ward & Ward team since 2010, an OG!!! She has grown our business and managed our team since day 1.
Jenny is our BOSS BABE and she keeps everything running smoothly, if you know her you can't help but love her!!!
Haley Volkmer - Senior Account Executive / Fashionista
Haley is our senior account executive, having years of trade show experience under her belt, it was a no-brainer for her to become a Ward Babe in 2019!

Kelly Oren - Account Executive / Queen
Kelly is slaying her position as account executive for all of our GA, NC, SC, VA, W. VA and East FL accounts! Kelly began her role with Ward & Ward working all of our trade shows and we quickly realized she was a natural sales girl!! She joined our team full-time beginning in June of 2022.
